This mentorship program is specifically designed to support youth aging out of foster care, helping them transition smoothly into independent adulthood. Our Mission with CHEERS
The CHEERS Program is focused on creating lasting positive change by empowering young adults with mentorship, skill development, and career readiness. Our mission is to build a brighter future where every young person aging out of the foster care system has the confidence, skills, and support needed to achieve personal and professional success.

⦁ Career Coaching and Job Placement: Through workshops and tailored coaching, we help participants identify career paths, develop strong resumes, and prepare for job interviews. We also offer internship and job placement opportunities with DRILLIT and our partner organizations.
