Code of Conduct Policy

Purpose
The DRILLIT Energy and Mining (“DRILLIT”) Code of Conduct serves as a guiding framework for ethical and professional behavior for all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners. This policy reflects our core values of integrity, respect, accountability, and sustainability in every aspect of our business.

Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to all DRILLIT employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners globally. It outlines the expectations for behavior in the workplace, during interactions with stakeholders, and in communities where we operate.

Core Principles
1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
All employees and associates of DRILLIT must adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies in all jurisdictions where we operate.
2. Integrity and Ethical Behavior
We conduct business honestly, fairly, and transparently. Bribery, corruption, fraud, and other unethical practices are strictly prohibited. Employees are encouraged to report any suspected misconduct without fear of retaliation.
3. Respect in the Workplace
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, harassment-free, and inclusive workplace. Discrimination, harassment, or bullying based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated.
4. Health, Safety, and Environment
Employees and contractors must follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe workplace and protect the environment. DRILLIT prioritizes sustainability and strives to minimize environmental impacts through responsible practices.
5. Confidentiality and Information Security
Employees must protect DRILLIT’s confidential information, trade secrets, and intellectual property. Sharing sensitive information with unauthorized individuals or entities is prohibited.
6. Conflicts of Interest
Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with those of the company. Any potential conflicts must be disclosed promptly to management for review.
7. Responsible Use of Company Resources
All company resources, including equipment, vehicles, and finances, must be used responsibly and only for authorized purposes. Employees must safeguard company assets from misuse or theft.
8. Human Rights and Community Engagement
DRILLIT respects human rights and is committed to fostering positive relationships with local communities. Employees must engage respectfully with community members and support initiatives that promote social and economic well-being.
9. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

10. Reporting Misconduct
Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to report unethical behavior, violations of this Code, or any concerns related to workplace conduct. DRILLIT ensures a confidential and non-retaliatory process for addressing complaints.

Implementation and Enforcement
1. Training and Awareness
All employees, contractors, and partners will receive training on this Code of Conduct upon joining the company and periodically thereafter to ensure understanding and compliance.

3. Investigation Process

Failure to comply with this Code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contractual agreements. Severe violations may also lead to legal consequences.

Governance and Review
The implementation of this Code of Conduct is overseen by DRILLIT’s leadership team. This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or business operations.
